 * This files aren’t extisting:
    /wp-content/plugins/testimonials-widget/includes/
   libraries/bxslider-4/dist/jquery.bxslider.css /wp-content/plugins/testimonials-
   widget/includes/libraries/bxslider-4/dist/jquery.bxslider.min.js
 * There is no “dist”-folder. I’ve added the folder and placed the files into this
   folder too. Now it’s working but this should be fixed.

 * Thank you for fixing this as I had about 2000 404 errors in just a few hours.
   I just updated the plugin.
