Is there a way that when a user goes to purchase a product it throws up an error saying something like the payment cannot be authorised, so no payment is made. I am going to trial some products but rather than spend a fortune on stock i would like to see if there is an appreciation for the products and which one is the best product. I will be setting up a paypal gateway. I don’t want to accept payments i would like to see what the most popular products are by seeing what the customers are trying to purchase. Basically it is a test site before it goes live. * Is there a way of doing this and also monitor what the user was trying to buy. Once this is done i send out a cancellation email manually, but the payment still remains pending in the paypal account. * Rather than setting up a paypal gateway for now, Is there a way that can redirect users when they click on checkout to a dummy form and once they click on submit with their details they get an email reply saying the order has been cancelled due to technical difficulties or something similar. * I really appreciate you help.
