false registrations

    For the past two weeks I have ben under heavy attack of false registrations trough my contact page but I do not see these registrations anywhere. I mean I am getting email that says I have a new registration on my site but where do I see it?
    It looks like this
    New user registration on your site Joe Ralt:

    Username: LeroyBreaux1

    E-mail: deleted

    or like this

    New user registration on your site Joe Ralt:

    Username: MikeLcz452110421

    E-mail: also deleted

    this looks like an attempt to hack the site but I do not see anything
    can someone tell me what to do?
