 * I don’t know why in may WP dashboard I see a notification for a plugin update,
   but when I go into updates page nothing is outdated. (see the following image)

 * Sometimes the red notification in left menu disappears, but the notification 
   in top toolbar menu remains. look this images

 * Anyone could help me to solve this issue?

 * Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with **
   all** other plugins deactivated?

 * I activate Twenty Fourteen theme and deactivate all plugins, the false notification
   disappears. Then I reactivate Salient theme and plugins one by one and notification
   appears when Contact Form 7 is active.
 * So, now I search this issue into [http://themenectar.ticksy.com/](http://themenectar.ticksy.com/)
