 * Apologies for the delay in replying. We are going through a holiday.
    There is
   no separate FAQ module. The Knowledgebase is a huge FAQ. But it sounds like an
   interesting idea. Perhaps we can add a new shortcode for FAQ to show a category
   of KB. Will work on it as soon as we get back.
