FAQ not updating

I have this issue too, but a bit worse.

So it shows the FAQ’s from “automated responses” menu of Facebook, and not the “chat plugin” FAQ’s.

But, then it also doesn’t load the answers either. When you click the questions it sends it as a question on the chat, but no reply is made with the answer that I have preset.
