FAQ: Why are my logs full of debugging lines?
-
If you recently upgraded to 2.7, you may see lots of debug messages in your log files. Version 2.7.1 reduced these to one per page request, but I am not keen to remove debug messages. They are there for a reason.
If you are in debug mode you will see debug messages, but if – for a some good reason – you want
WP_DEBUGenabled on your production website, you can silence Loco Translate’s debugging with the loco_debug filter.More specifically, the new messages in 2.7.x relate to the unloading of premature text domains. If you don’t want this, it can be disabled completely with the loco_unload_early_textdomain filter.
