• I was thrown off at first when my migration failed. With the help of support, we determined that my backup file was corrupted. Fortunately, I had more than one backup file, and the second one allowed me to finish the migration smoothly. I’m accustomed, with many other services, to wait for 24 hours or more to hear back from support. But these guys got back to me in less than 24 minutes. Thank you!
