 * how to fix?

 * – your theme “hero” seems to be the issue.
 * – try switching to the unedited default Twenty Fifteen theme for a moment using
   the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere
   like plugins)using [FTP or SFTP ](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)or whatever
   file management application your host provides.

 * That theme page indicates it was “Last Updated: 2014-06-02”.
    So, it’s possible
   its not compatible with the 4.1 That was one of the reasons I suggested you to
   post at the theme’s designated support page to make sure.
