I am really new to all working with Word Press. We started working on our site 2 years ago. Now I’m going back in and updating WP along with Plugins. I updated my Jigoshop plugin and now I have this error:

Fatal error: Class ‘Jigoshop_Base’ not found in /home/content/s/v/i/svillarr/html/wp-content/themes/theme1969/jigoshop/widgets/my-cart.php on line 7

What does that mean?? it’s Greek! ha!

    I would appreciate any help!

Thx so much for getting back to me so quickly. But at this point I can’t even log in because this error comes up when I try to login through the “wp-admin” web address. We used to have a contact page show up… but that also has the error. Should I contact someone with WP? If so, anyone you recommend or a phone number would be great.

    Good evening Vivian,

Could you provide us an FTP access? at [email protected]
We could quickly take a look and fix your issue.

    Hi!

I don’t know what a FTP access is? Where can I find that information? We had someone help us 2 years ago and he got a lot of the upfront things done for us. I’m sure he probably set that up…

Can you still help? If I give you the FTP access… what does that give you access to?

I apologize for all the questions! I am trying to learn to use all this.

    Thanks for your attention!

    Hi Vivian,

FTP Host is the server where your site files are located, FTP access looks like this way:
    http://ftp.yourdomain.com
    username
    password.

To get an access you should contact the person or the company who made a website for you and they will give you an access to FTP host. After please send on [email protected] and we will investigate your issue.

Thank you for taking your time to reply. I really appreciate that. We had a friend take a look at the issue and he resolved it. He went in the the FTP and discovered there was an issue with the PHP. The fatal error is gone. Thank you.

    Hi Vivian,

I’m glad that the issue is resolved. Do not hesitate to contact us in future we will gladly assist you.
