Fatal Error

When I am try to actvate the plug in I am getting this error

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Class ‘mysqli’ not found in /home/torqstra/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-testing/vendor/ruckusing/ruckusing-migrations/lib/Ruckusing/Adapter/MySQL/Base.php on line 1137

and if I try to delete it I get the same error msg come up on a blank tab
