    I was on my dashboard in the admin menu and I clicked on “upgrade to version 3.
    I clicked on “upgrade to WordPress 3.1.3” and now i can’t access to my blog i have a message :

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: require_wp_db() in /homez.337/cercleae/www/wp-settings.php on line 269

    I enven can’t access to the admin count : when i type http://www.cercleaeroestaca.com/wp-login.php in my brower the message appears !

    I don’t know what to do…

  • Your upgrade did not complete successfully.
    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    – re-running the upgrade manually using wp-admin/upgrade.php.
