# Fatal Error

 * Hi, we have a multi site and the Font Awesome was Network activated.
    However,
   when we used the plugin on the site we’re having this error: [https://prnt.sc/20kgm2g](https://prnt.sc/20kgm2g)
 * We’ve already tried to deactivate, uninstall, install and activate the plugin
   but we’re still having that error.
 * Can you let us know what else do we need to do?

 * Unfortunately, the plugin [does not support multi-site](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/font-awesome-plugin-not-compatible-with-wp-multisite/)
   at this time. So even though it might seem to work a little bit here or there(
   like being able to do a network activation), because it’s not yet designed to
   work in multi-site, it’s likely that you’ll run into problems just like you’re
   seeing here, one way or another.
