fatal error

Hello, I updated your plugin and it deleted more than 600 WooCommerce products tutor products lms pages images, how is that possible? Now how do I recover everything because I didn’t have a recent copy and I didn’t ask to make a copy because it was a minor update. I was supposed to need help to fix the problem.

Have you tried rolling back to previous version? v.3.15.3
If I try to go back to several versions but the problem continues, my products pages comments are still missing
Do you have a backup of the site? I restored a backup that was run about 1 hour before the update, the database gets corrupted (at least in our case. I am surprised Elementor has not issued a pin at the top of this forum.
Here is what we did on our sites:
What we found is the workaround:
1. disable elementor plugin auto update
2. downgrade to version 3.15.3
3. restore last database backup before plugin update
4. clear cloudflare cache and browser cache to remove the bad load
5. then everything is backI hope that helps you
@startechmarketing The problem is that I do not have a recent copy and I lose a lot of content, users and orders if I restore the old copy, I need to somehow fix the database
I found these errors on my server and it corresponds to the time and date that I updated Elementor with the latest version

@davidgimenez oh that really sucks. I would think from having it happen more than once on different sites it must corrupt the database, but what I don’t know. I would be happy to send the copy of the database to Elementor but I don’t think their replies to questions are very nice. Sorry is not enough they should help fix .
It’s a shame that no one gives you a hand at least with some suggestions on what to do… they update plugins and don’t test them and screw the end user…
Hello @davidgimenez,
Thank you for contacting us.
The WooCommerce products cannot be deleted with an update from Elementor as Elementor does not have such capability.
You can check the trash and restore the products if they are available
The issue could be related to a plugin conflict.
Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:
– Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.
I hope this information helped you.
