# FATAL Error

 * Tried to update IThemes Builder last night and got a Fatal Error msg instead.
   I cannot access my WP Admin panel at all. Child Theme Classen was active. link

    Click on“
   show” in the fatal error button for the debug data.
 * The theme has encountered a problem that it cannot recover from. Please use the
   following information to try to resolve the problem.
    Error Code: php_code_error:
   1:/home/firefly/public_html/wp-content/themes/BuilderChild-Classen/functions.
   php:7:Call to undefined function builder_register_module_style() Message: A fatal
   code error occurred.
 * If you are unable to fix this problem, please copy all the text on this screen
   and send it to [support@ithemes.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fatal-error-477/support@ithemes.com?output_format=md).
 * I emailed IThemes support, got reply saying to post to their support forum (done)
   if I can’t resolve. I need step by step intructions as I am not a tech just a
   regular Joe trying to get a website going as quickly as possible.
 * I have no idea what the code means or what to do. Thank you.
