Title: Fatal Error Last modified: August 21, 2016 --- # Fatal Error * [store@tanyacarlson.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/storetanyacarlsoncom/) * (@storetanyacarlsoncom) * [13 years, 1 month ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fatal-error-737/) * Hi there * I have been trying to authenticate Google Analyticator for over a week now with no success. * Every time I reset and go through the authentication process I get the following message: * Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/tanyacar/public_html/wp-includes/SimplePie/Content/Type/ Sniffer.php on line 190 * I have been in touch with our hosting provider and they have increased php value memory limit to 256M – and we added in a php.ini file with the instruction to increase memory limit to 256M – but still no luck authenticating.
