# Fatal Error

 * Hello, it appears I am having an error on my site after attempting to activate
   the theme “IDStore”.
 * Here’s the error:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Woothemes_Testimonials
   in /home/content/77/9590177/html/leafpc/wp-content/themes/idstore22/idstore/code/
   testimonials/classes/class-woothemes-testimonials.php on line 15
 * How do I fix this? If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank
   you.

 * You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to deactivate or delete that theme – if you 
   don’t have that set up yet, ask your hosting company for help with it.
 * Then find the themes folder:
 *     ```
       wp-content
            themes
               idstore22 - DELETE THIS FOLDER
       ```

 * How do I correctly activate this theme then? It’s the theme I’d like to use for
   my site but it’s giving me an error.

 * You’ll have to ask whoever you got the the theme from – these forums only support
   themes from here:
 * [http://wordpress.org/themes/](http://wordpress.org/themes/)
 * Looks like that’s a commercial theme and we have no way to help with those, sorry.
