# "fatal error" activating the plugin

 * Hello
    I’m getting a “fatal error” activating the plugin with my template, does
   not have errors with the default one. My template name is “Black Label” purchased

   I already contacted the template’s author, but he (and me) isn’t able to understand
   what’s going on. There is a way you could help me to understand what’s the problem

 * Ok, but what is the “Unique Transaction ID”? I haven’t one I think
