# Fatal Error after adding new forms

 * I’ve started to get the following error occasionally after adding a few new forms
   to my site:

 * Note that the site is perfectly usable and functional, and the forms work fine
   even when I get this error, but I see this error from time to time when logging
   into the dashboard. If it helps with diagnosis, I have reused the same form on
   a few different pages on the site, and I embedded the forms using [Form id=”1″]
