I wanted to update this website of a client (for whom I’ve only been uploading new content until now) and wanted to make a backup first so I installed the 1.9.17 Updraft, as I’ve done in another WP site I manage. It said it installed successfully but in all admin pages I get only this error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_multisite() in /home/content/77/6662777/html/…./wp/wp-content/plugins/ updraftplus/admin.php on line 27 * WP site is running. * how can I restore service? can I just delete the updraft folder? A 500 Error. But, I was able to go to UpdraftPlus – Restore. All I wanted to do was restore the plugins. I clicked on plugins, then Restore. You found my plugins zip in the dropbox, but it said the file size had changed. Well, I did it anyway, and now the site doesn’t come up at all.
