When I activated ” Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin” I get the following error and now I cant even brows my site. Any help would be appriciated.

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 50331648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/petnetlk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/ngglegacy/lib/meta.php on line 186”

Sorry that you ran into issues here!

That memory limit is very, very low (50MB–about 16x less than your average desktop today) and is indicative of being on shared hosting. AWPCP requires a reasonable level of resources to be available as it is a complex plugin doing a fair amount of data querying and display rendering.

You can usually change the limit by modifying your php.ini, if you have access to it. If not, talk to your web hosting company.

I tried to edit the php.ini but I don’t think I have access to it.

Yes I will talk to the web hosting company and try to resolve this.
