Fatal error, call to undefined function

i am in v2.5

error = Fatal error: Call to undefined function: gd_info() in

i installed a plugin and ge the undefined function error. i had this problem once before and easily fixed with instructions from a previous case.

this case nicely explained that the problem was not in the line identified but somewhere else. as i write this is comes back to me that maybe there is a hidden character in from of “gd” and i should copy and paste in a good text editor and get rid of the invisble character.

but my memory is not that good and i can’t find the post. while i wait for a possible point to the post i’m going to try the above…
