 * half of my dashboard does not show, no rss,.
 * All other features work ok’
 * This is a new install of the latest version
 * HELP

 * I’d guess that you didn’t upload all the WordPress files to your site, as the
   init() function is fairly important.
 * Re-upload WordPress.

 * reloaded the files with no change…. Also noted that id I try to add a RSS widget
   I get this response
