    I have this message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function load_textdomain() in /home/u938158143/public_html/wp-admin/includes/admin.php on line 16

    and in the code, they tell me that :

    /*
    * This file is being included from a file other than wp-admin/admin.php, so
    * some setup was skipped. Make sure the admin message catalog is loaded since
    * load_default_textdomain() will not have done so in this context.
    */

    Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the root wp-config.php & .htaccess files and the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
