 * I am receiving this error and it stops my posts from loading so I had to deactivate
   rating widget. Can you tell me what I need to do to get this widget working again?
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in /home/dtrboss/
   public_html/wp-content/plugins/rating-widget/rating-widget.php on line 4719
 * It happened after I placed the licence key in the rating widget as instructed
   by the email. I removed it and used the old free license and it doesn’t fix it,
   I downloaded the plugin again deleted the old one and reuploaded it and that 
   hasn’t fixed it either. Don’t know what to do now.

 * Nevermind, it turns out it was a module that was missing in my php so I went 
   into cpanel’s WHM went to easyapache and installed it.
