    I see this error in the plugin settings and nothing else: `Fatal error:
   Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_code_editor() in .../wp-content/plugins/
   header-footer/admin/options.php on line 227`
 * I’m using version 3.1.6 on WordPress 4.4.21
