# Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_removable_query_args

 * I am unable to access the dashboard at:
 * [http://iandrummondcollection.com](http://iandrummondcollection.com). I get the
   error below:
 * “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_removable_query_args() in /homepages/
   44/d122594797/htdocs/clickandbuilds/IanDrummondCollection/wp-admin/includes/misc.
   php on line 900”
 * Can I replace a file or do I need to get someone to help with code? I think this
   could be tied to a plugin. I unsuccessfully tried to update a couple in the weeks
   before this happened.
 * I’m a newbie, not a coder.

 * Try [manually resetting your plugins](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)(
   no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via [SFTP or FTP](https://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to `/wp-content/
   themes/` and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force
   the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (
   theme functions can interfere like plugins).
