   other?

 * Are you talking about WP 3.2 release candidate or the latest stable which is 
   WP 3.1.3?
 * There isn’t any eval()ed code in my very fresh copy of WP 3.1.3’s twentyten theme.
   I grepped the whole directory. What does `wp-content/themes/twentyten/index.php`
   look like? Post it to the [pastebin](http://pastebin.com/) please.

 * It works fine with the wordpress 3.1.3

 * But the error message doesn’t mention that plugin and besides, there is no call
   to ‘eval’ in the Support Tickets plugin either. I downloaded it and grep-ed the
   whole thing.

 * AS you suggested, as soon as I updated wp, everything was fine.
