# Fatal Error – cannot redeclare timer_stop

 * `Fatal error: Cannot redeclare timer_stop() (previously declared in D:\Domains\
   some.com\wwwroot\wp-settings.php:65) in D:\Domains\some.com\wwwroot\wp-includes\
   functions.php on line 865`
 * Can anyone troubleshoot this 2.1 upgrade problem.
 * Followed the steps, deactivated all plugins, uploaded all files, tried to run
   upgrade.php and recieved this error!
 * Help!!!
