 * Upgraded to 4.7.2 a few days ago. No issues. Today, I’m getting this error when
attempting to login to WP (I can’t login now):
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_cd() (previously declared in /home/public_html/
   wp-settings.php:24) in /home/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 85
 * I tried removing all templates and plugins. I tried a manual upgrade, but cPanel
won’t let me upload the new wp-includes and wp-admin directories for some reason.
 * Any help and information would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
