 * Installed a new theme. Activated it and now im unable to log on backend and site
   is unaccessible (public and admin.)
 * Forgot what im supposed to do via FTP?? What needs to be changed? Thanks in advance.

 * There is probably a conflict between the et-shortcodes and the template.
 * Rename the public_html/wp-content/plugins/et-shortcodes folder, and you should
   be able to recover. Thereafter remove the plugin from the dashboard.
 * If you can access the dashboard, you can also directly remove this plugin.

 * Need Suggestion to remedy error below, unable to return to WP and when go to 
   site, receive same error message as seen below. Would appreciate knowing how

 * As MW_ said, you need to go inside your server using FTP client and rename the/
   home/content/18/9917518/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/et-shortcodes/ folder
   to avoid the conflict
