 * i am getting this error below:

        Call to undefined function TutorLMS\Elementor\is_plugin_active() in /Users/niloy/Local Sites/academic/app/public/wp-content/plugins/tutor-lms-elementor-addons/classes/AddonsManager.php:191
       ```
