 * When you get a chance, please go to **WPForms > Tools > [System Info](https://wpforms.com/docs/a-complete-guide-to-wpforms-tools/#system-info)**,
   then copy and paste the system information here.
 * Also, it would be really helpful if you could share a copy of the affected form.
   You can do that by going to **WPForms > Tools** and clicking on the **[Export](https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-import-and-export-wpforms/#Exporting_Forms)**
   tab. In the Form Export section, select your form, and it will download a JSON
   file for you.
