 * Problem seems to be related to business-directory-plugin. Try to deactivate that
   through FTP (if Dashboard is not accessible).

 * Thank you. I am not the builder, just the owner of the site. I don’t know where
   to find FTP. i’ve emailed my builder, but not heard back yet.
