Thanks for your thoughts. * I renamed the directory and reinstalled Salient and got to the page menu (ie I can see all website pages) but when I click edit I just get an empty white box where the drag & drop options for the page are supposed to live. There is this error at the top of the page: * W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home5/dermalsk/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache. php.W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re- install plugin or remove /home5/dermalsk/public_html/wp-content/object-cache. php. * Also, I noticed that some of my plugins are now due an update. However, when I click ‘Edit’ for the page I want to edit, the entire right hand frame goes white instead. * ok that happened first time. I tried to edit a different page and got this error after the whole page went white: * Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1024 bytes) in /home5/dermalsk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer_salient/ include/classes/shortcodes/vc-tta-accordion.php on line 421 * This is very weird to me. I would have thought a complete ‘reinstall’ for all intents and purposes would have fixed things???
