# Fatal Error Message

 * My blog was working fine until this morning. I haven’t done anything at all. 
   One of my subscribers pointed out the problem. When I got to my blog I get the
   following error message:
 * Warning: require(/home/smittodd/public_html/transparency/wp-includes/compat.php)[
   function.require]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/smittodd/
   public_html/transparency/wp-settings.php on line 203
 * Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/smittodd/
   public_html/transparency/wp-includes/compat.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/
   usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/smittodd/public_html/transparency/wp-settings.php
   on line 203
 * Does anybody know what to do?

    Attributes
   i was changed for 754. On this file(compat.php) 777. And nothing. What can I 
   do?
