# Fatal Error Message

 * When I tried to change my theme, and tried to go to dashboard the following message
   was displayed:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare grunion_media_button() (previously
   declared in /home8/shafison/public_html/halqany/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/
   contact-form/admin.php:14) in/home8/shafison/public_html/halqany/wp-content/themes/
   Karma/truethemes_framework/truethemes/contact-form/truethemes-contact-form.php
   on line 888
 * Please help
 * Also, I registered accidentally with wrong email which does not belong to me.
 * Thanks.

 * You can deactivate that theme by using FTP or Cpanel to access your site files
   on the server – rename the theme here:
 *     ```
       wp-content
           themes
              Karma.HOLD
       ```
   
 * Ask your hosting company for help if you don’t know how to use FTP or Cpanel.
