 * Try [manually resetting your plugins](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F).
If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the
   cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via [FTP or SFTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
navigate to `/wp-content/themes/` and rename the directory of your currently
active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-
out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * Unfortunately, I am unable to find the original folder for my site. The site
was created by someone who no longer works with us and it’s unclear as to where
all of the files went that were on her computer. It must be somewhere though
right? I originally thought that anyone who worked on the site would end up with
a wordpress folder on their computer, but that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Also, I’ve attempted to use Filezilla to access the server, but haven’t been
having much luck. I might not be doing it correctly, but I’d like to think that
I am. Anyways, as of right now, I’m at a loss. Any suggestions? Or perhaps know
of an easier way to access the server?

 * Nope, if you don’t have server access, you’re not getting into the server short
   of breaking in.
 * You will need to call your hosting company or server admin and get access so
you can download all of your files.
 * However, to your original post, disabling your gravity forms plugin should do
   the trick.

 * It’d be an easy fix if I could just log into the site or find the original WordPress
folder. Unfortunately, it is not my lucky day.

 * Do you have FTP access?

 * I’ve tried using Filezilla and can establish a connection, but it lasts for a
very short period of time, so I’m not able to do a whole lot. I’ve also found
out that you can type [http://ftp.godaddy.com](http://ftp.godaddy.com) into the
search bar and put in a username and password, not sure if that will help at
all. That is the hosting site that we use. I’ll need to find out the username
and password for our godaddy account if there’s a chance that it could work though
because the username and password we have for the wordpress site don’t work for
   [http://ftp.godaddy.com](http://ftp.godaddy.com).

 * Filezilla is very helpful, it will reconnect upon demand. Just click and navigate
as you need, Filezilla will look after getting the file lists, transfer data,
   etc.

 * Does it matter which username and password I use when using Filezilla? I’ve been
using the one that I would use to log in to the wordpress site. And where it
says host, what should I be putting in there? I know some people put in the IP
address, but the one I have hasn’t been giving me much luck, so I was using ftp://
mysite.com and that was slightly working. The username works, but the password
isn’t being accepted. I tried my own login information and again the username
is accepted, but not the password, so I’m confused. Do I need to figure out the
username and password for godaddy and use those in Filezilla?

 * No, it’s not your WordPress login. You get your FTP connection details from your
   hosting provider.

 * Ok, thank you. As you can probably tell, I’m not overly familiar with FTP, so
   I really appreciate your help.
