# Fatal error message help

 * I was editing the theme on the word press website I’m working on today and I 
   was presented with a fatal error message. I have not been able to access my admin
   panel or log in VIA FTP. This is very frustrating. I am rebuilding this website
   for an insurance agency and would really appreciate any help I’m able to get.

 * If at all possible, I’d like for the website to be up and running again by Monday.
 * If anyone can give me step by step instructions on how to resolve this, It would
   be very much appreciated.

 * That’s not a WordPress issue. Contact your hosts. Access via FTP is the only 
   way you are going to be able to fix this.
