# Fatal error message . . . Help!

 * I’ve uploaded WP 2.7 to a server to a folder called “news”. Have changed the 
   name of the “wordpress” directory to “news” and placed it in the root directory.
   Filled in the appropriate details on the wp-config.php file and get the following
   message in the otherwise blank window:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_bloginfo() in /home/chroot_lib/phplib/
   __applications/blog5/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 304
 * Can somebody help me make sense of this?
