# Fatal Error message, please help

 * hi guys,
 * 2 of my blogs are having this error message. any idea what that could be?
 *  Fatal error: Call to undefined function genesis_register_sidebar() in /home2/
   mankam23/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/genesis-widgetized-footer/includes/
   gwfoot-widget-areas.php on line 58
 * how do i resolve this? your help will be much appreciated as I do not have a 
   clue what this is or where it comes from.

 * That’s a problem with the `genesis-widgetized-footer` plugin – you can deactivate
   the plugin by using FTP or Cpanel access to your site files on the server and
   renaming that plugins folder.

 * Log into your hosted site and using the file manager your host provides, rename
   the plugin to genesis-widgetized-footer-old
 * You can do the same thing with ftp,

 * Where is your site hosted ? Ask them how to use FTP to access your site files
   on the server. Then once you get that set up you can find that plugin folder 
   here:
 *     ```
       wp-content
            plugins
                genesis-widgetized-footer - RENAME or DELETE THIS FOLDER
       ```
