 * Our website (torbaytheatre.com) is getting a strange error and cannot be accessed
   at all. It is:
 * Fatal error: Internal Zend error – Missing class information for in /home/torbaytheatre/
   public_html/wp-content/plugins/stageshowgold/include/stageshowlib_logfile.php
   on line 26

 * Thank you for the prompt response. I had not seen that old thread.
 * I have tried to follow the instructions here [https://nz.godaddy.com/help/disabling-apc-on-your-hosting-account-7910](https://nz.godaddy.com/help/disabling-apc-on-your-hosting-account-7910)
   and here [https://nz.godaddy.com/help/what-filename-does-my-php-initialization-file-need-to-use-8913](https://nz.godaddy.com/help/what-filename-does-my-php-initialization-file-need-to-use-8913)
   but I can’t find either a php.ini or a .user.ini. I’ll give the hosting ISP a
   call tomorrow and see if they can help.
 * What is curious is that it _was_ working and then 24 hours later it wasn’t.

 * Something I forgot to mention.
 * I tried your site before my last post … and it appeared to be working OK. I selected
   tickets and went as far as the PayPal screen and all appeared OK. Just tried 
   it again …. still OK.

 * How weird! It’s working for me this morning too :-/
 * Thanks for the pointer on APC though. I’ll pursue this if it ever happens again.
