Fatal error on website

    Hi there,

    I’ve recently updated to WordPress 5.7 and I’ve been having issues with WP Recipe Maker ever since – my website won’t load at all and I’ve been issued with a fatal error on my site that quotes WP Recipe Maker as the cause. My host server echoed this when I went to them with the problem.

    I have even to restore the version of the website to 5.6, and also manually disabled the plugin through the PHP, but the issue is still persisting.

    I’d really like some assistance with this, as my website is unusable at present.

    Something must have went wrong during the update. Try manually removing the wp-recipe-maker folder from the /wp-content/plugins/ directory and reinstalling the plugin. That should fix things.

    Your webhost can help with removing the folder if you’re not sure how.
