# Fatal Error – Plugin will not activate.

 * THe plugin will not activate. The error message is “Can’t use function return
   value in write context in /home4/intelcent/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tour-“
   operator/includes/classes/legacy/class-tour-operator.php on line 909”. Can you
   please help resolve this for me?

 * To be sure your website has the correct configuration to run the Tour Operator
   Plugin, please follow the guidelines and requirements below:
 * LSX THEME
 * The Tour Operator plugin works only with LSX theme, please ensure that you have
   activated the LSX theme on your WordPress site – [https://www.lsdev.biz/product/lsx-wordpress-theme/](https://www.lsdev.biz/product/lsx-wordpress-theme/)
 * SERVER REQUIREMENTS
 * Please also ensure that your server is using PHP 7.0 and above. The Tour Operator
   plugin does not work with any PHP version below this.
 * PLUGIN CONFLICTS
 * Sometimes your issues may be caused by an outdated or incompatible plugin on 
   your website.
 * To figure out if this is occurring:
 * Disable all your plugins, except for the Tour Operator Plugin. If this fixes 
   the issue, then there’s a conflict occurring with one of the disabled plugins
   and your website. To discover which one is the perp, reactivate the plugins one
   at a time until the issue re-occurs.
