Not sure what the client was doing, but WooCommerce had diassapered although I can revert to a backup. We had assumed it was caused by the error with your plugin. But it looks like maybe it was the other way around. * We have no idea why WooCommerce became unavailable. I was worried about WooCommerc being greyed-out but now notice that ”Note: this plugin cannot be deactivated or deleted until the plugins that require it are deactivated or deleted.” – so that explains it.
