 * Hi
 * I did try to move a website to local and install it. On setting everything up
   I am getting this error. I thought it might be the issue with plugin or themes.
   Even I disabled it but it was still showing same error I am not unable to understand
   it. Any help will be grateful.

 * My first question would be how did you migrate the site to your local? Did you
   follow a guide? If so, which one?
 * It almost sounds like some of the core files are not all there
