# Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant “WPML_TM_FOLDER”

 * Hello,
 * I have a woocommerce website, with WPML installed. WooCommerce Multilingual &
   Multicurrency is installed too, and when I go to the settings of this plugin (/
   wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpml-wcml&tab=status), in the status tab, I have an error:
    - **Fatal error**: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant “WPML_TM_FOLDER” in /home…
 * So I cannot see the status of the plugin…
 * Everything is up to date (plugins and WordPress).
 * I don’t know why I can’t see the settings of this page with this fatal error.
   Has anyone ever had this problem ?

 * So far we don’t have similar reports with the latest versions of WPML and WCML.
   However, I recommend you to uninstall your WPML package and download a fresh 
   copy.
 * On the other hand, we can’t provide you support in this forum as this is a WPML
   related question and there is a [no commercial support policy](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/)
   allowed here on WordPress forums.
 * As you are using WPML, please go to our [support forum](https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/)
