# Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Google_AuthException'

 * The full error follows. The problem is this is on just one site (that I’ve seen
so far) on a Multisite. It’s network enabled, so I can’t just go disable it,
and have it stop counting visits for every site on the network.
 * Is there something I can manually remove in the database or something to get
this to reset and let me re-authorize Analytics? Or is that even the issue?
 * When visiting the settings page it has the red “disabled” bar, and the drop down(
set to disabled), but beneath that is just the following error. No save button,
   no nothing else.
 * `Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Google_AuthException' with message 'Error refreshing
   the OAuth2 token, message: '{ "error" : "invalid_grant" }'' in /home/site/public_html/
   wp-content/plugins/google-analyticator/google-api-php-client/src/auth/Google_OAuth2.

 * Please help.

 * I wrote this 2 months ago but I guess it still applies to you:

 * Ah. That’s helpful. I’d actually already had my server support people look at
it and concluded the same: that there’s several issues with that file (created
by Google). So we actually just removed Analyticator off our main Multisite as
well as several other places, where the client’s never or rarely login and therefore
have no benefit from Analyticator’s dashboard widget.
 * I appreciate you following up though. Good to confirm the issue through other
sources. We do still run it on some sites, so we’ll keep it in mind if we see
   more of this.
