 * Добрый день! в ошибке сказано Permission denied. Очевидно, недостаточно прав 
   на запись в файл plugins/woo-shipping-for-nova-poshta/logs/updates.log.
    Попробуйте
   изменить владельца директории logs и файлов внутри этой директории на того пользователя,
   под которым запускается веб сервер. Ну или выставите права 777 на папку logs 
   и файлы внутри нее
