# Fatal error: Unknown:

 * I have a website that’s using the Theme OceanWP and i’ve used the free version
   of Elementor to build this, we recently added Woocommerce to this. This is when
   I noticed the problem when you go to pages > edit page with Elementor you get
   the message “Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering
   display handlers in Unknown on line 0”
 * If I deactivate Woocommerce I can edit the pages, but I’ve just noticed the when
   Woocommerce is activated the website is just showing a blank screen with the 
   web address in the navigation bar. But if I add (/shop) to the end of the URL
   it brings up the website. But then if I use the navigation bar and try to go 
   to the home page or any other page on our website it goes to a blank screen, 
   but I can go to any of the products pages without an issue.
 * I really need to get this issue resolved ASAP I would appreciate if you can help
   me to find a solution.

 * Your theme is v1.5.15 and the current version is 1.5.20:

   I can’t say if an update will fix this problem but there are several fixes in
   the later theme versions.

 * I’m with [@lorro](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lorro/) on this one – these
   issues are typically caused by a plugin/theme conflict. In addition to the advice
   above, you could also check whether the issues persists after deactivating all
   of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Seventeen
   theme.
